Delete Your Data

Delete some of your data (without deleting your account)

• Community posts and comments: open the post in the FastSyncer app and use the delete option. The post, its picture, and its comments are removed from our servers immediately.
• Progress entries (weight and waist):open Analytics → My Progress in the app and delete any entry from the history list. These live on your phone, so deleting them there removes them completely.
• Your community name or photo: edit them in the app at any time; the old values are overwritten.

Delete your whole account

In the FastSyncer app, open Profile and choose Delete my account. This permanently deletes from our servers: your sign-in account and email address, your community profile (name and photo), and every post, comment, and like you made. This cannot be undone.

Data stored on your phone

Your fasting history, daily plans, cycle answers, and check-ins are stored on your phone only — they are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted immediately: account, email address, community profile, posts, comments, likes, and uploaded pictures.
• Deleted automatically: technical error logs delete themselves within 30 days regardless.
• Kept: subscription and payment records are held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us — manage or cancel your subscription in your store account. We keep no card details, ever.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email hello@fastsyncer.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. We action requests within 30 days.
