Your name, email, cycle stage, and fasting data are yours. Here's exactly what we collect on the site and in the app, why, and how to get it deleted.
This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have a lawyer review before launch.
Basic analytics such as which pages you visit, your approximate country, and your device type. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Your cycle and menopause stage are sensitive health data, and we treat them that way. We use them only to personalise your fasting guidance and the content of your emails. They are never sold and never used for advertising. You can decline to provide them — the site still works without them.
The FastSyncer mobile app is designed to work privately. The data you enter to build your plan — your cycle dates, cycle length, goal, experience level, your daily check-ins, your fasting timer history, and the safety answers you give (such as whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, or have type-1 diabetes) — is stored on your own phone. You can use the whole app this way without creating an account.
Your safety answers are used for one thing only: to keep your plan safe for you — for example, to shorten or pause fasting suggestions, or to steer you to food-first guidance instead. They are never sold and never used for advertising.
Some features are rolling out that need a little more. If you choose to use them, this is what happens:
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time — one email is enough.

Your data may be processed by trusted service providers, each only for the purpose of running the service:
We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or after a defined period of inactivity — whichever comes first. When you leave the list, we remove your data promptly.
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we’ll action it — one email is enough:

FastSyncer is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
