The simple agreement for using this site while we build FastSyncer. Short, honest, and readable.
This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have a lawyer review before launch.
FastSyncer is operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], running the website fastsyncer.com.
Everything on this site is educational. Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Please speak to a doctor before you start — and specifically if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have or have had an eating disorder, have diabetes, or take medication that affects your blood sugar or blood pressure.
Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship, and you should never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read on FastSyncer.
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee a particular price or a launch date, and you can leave the list at any time with one click.
When the app launches, a paid membership will be available. Separate subscription terms will apply and will be published before any payment is ever taken. This section is a placeholder until then.
Please don’t:
Copyright in the articles, design, and app content belongs to us. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Republishing our work as your own is not.
We sometimes link to other sites, including our sister site FastingInPractice.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses that arise from using the site. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OF OPERATION].
We may update these terms as the product develops. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be made clear.
Questions about these terms? Email hello@fastsyncer.com.
We’re happy to explain anything here in plainer terms. Email hello@fastsyncer.com and a real person will reply.
